  1. 危险化学品 Hazardous Chemical 举 例 根据部门实际情况 及保密原则 生产、仓部：填写code号 其它部门：填写化学品名 化学品名: Code#: 5402000396 、1010019700 无水乙醇 危险特性: （对适用的项目涂黑“█”） 易燃性 有毒性 腐蚀性 放射性 刺激性 氧化性 感染性 爆炸性 关键信息： 其蒸气与空气形成爆炸性混合物，遇明火、高热能引起燃烧爆炸。与氧化剂能发生强烈反应。其蒸气比空气重，能在较低处扩散到相当远的地方，遇火源引着回燃。若遇高热，容器内压增大，有开裂和爆炸的危险。燃烧时发出紫色火焰。 个体防护: （对适用的项目涂黑“█”） 防毒面具 防护手套 护目镜 口罩 防护鞋 防护服 █ █ █ █ 应急响应: 1.眼睛接触：提起眼睑，用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗。就医。 2.吸入：迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处。如呼吸停止，立即进行人工呼吸。就医。 3.皮肤接触：立即脱去被污染的衣着，用大量水冲洗15分钟。就医。 4.食入：误服者给饮大量温水，催吐，就医。 紧急联系电话：EHS—68023
