Characterization of Peptide Linker and CDR3 Sequences in VH and VL Chains
DESCRIPTION
This study focuses on the peptide linker constructs and the analysis of complementary determining regions (CDR3) in both heavy (VH) and light (VL) chains of immunoglobulins. Specifically, it examines the pDN322 linker, as well as the sequences of the VH CDR3 (DP.47 gene) and VL CDR3 (DPL.16 gene), emphasizing the role of peptide connectors in enhancing stability and function in antibody engineering. The implications for improved therapeutic antibodies are discussed in the context of molecular biology and bioengineering.
