  2. Present Status • We've been essentially in last call (I've humorously called it penultimate call) for some time now • We're now only tweaking • All open, actionable issues are in bis15 except David Shaw's request for literal+literal in the BNF, and I see no reason to block this

  3. What Next? • Let’s go to last call for 2440bis and finish • In the past, we've had the advantage that there are relatively few OpenPGP documents • The downside is that we have long-lived bis documents • I propose future major work (new algorithms, etc.) be done in difference documents
