Analysis of Sema3a Expression Defects in Chd7 and hCHD7 Gene Knockdown Models

This study investigates the expression patterns of Sema3a in relation to defects induced by Chd7 and hCHD7 knockdowns. We observed various severities of defects, marked as severe and mild, in control (MO) and experimental (Chd7 MO, hCHD7 RNA) groups. The data suggests a concentration-dependent response, with varying percentages for severe defects (62%-100%) and mild defects (20%-80%). The findings contribute to our understanding of Chd7 function in neuronal development and its potential implications for related disorders.
