All Year Groups Comic Relief To raise money members of staff have kindly decided to follow this years theme “Make Your Face Funny for Money” Sponsor your teacher in class… the more they raise the funnier their face will look that day!   3. All Year Groups Loch Lomond Trip The following pupils have been chosen to go on the next trip on Saturday 21st April. Please come to Mr Macdonald’s room to get a parental consent form. The list of pupils chosen for the Big Lottery trips is on the Geography bulletin board on the ground floor.

S5/6 University of Glasgow Taster Weeks 8th June and15th June  As in previous years, this programme is designed for S5/6 year pupils aspiring to progress onto University, particularly those who have not been involved in any previous University Experiences. It will give you an insight as to what to expect when they progress onto courses of their choice. The courses running during the taster week are as follows: Biology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Computing Science Statistics Geography and Earth Sciences Electronic and Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Aeronautical Engineering Civil Engineering Languages Sociology Psychology Philosophy Philosophy Politics See your Pastoral Care teachers for more information

  6. S5/6 Supported Study SQA Exams Please ensure that the school office has the correct spelling of your name and the correct address for you.  The name we have is what will appear on your certificate and also the address to which your certificate will be sent. Mr Keatings

S4 Supported Study CONGRATULATIONS A huge well done to GSOS Gymnast of the Month S4 pupil Gaynor McGiffen who produced two clean competitions on both Day 1 and Day 2 of the Scottish Championships. Furthermore, Gaynor won two individual bronze medals on both the A bars and beam apparatus in her first year at senior level which makes her achievements all the more impressive. Keep up the excellent work!

  8. S3 GSOS Sport Ed classes Could all S3 pupils in Kevin’s Sport Education class please attend class in the PC suitein the main school with your projects on a USB Could all pupils in Katrina’s class please attend class in the GSOS classroomas of this Thursday (12th).
