  2. What is a cell phone again??? • A cell phone is a device you can use to get in contact with another human being.

  3. Who invented it? • Dr. Martin cooper invented the mobile cell phone in 1973.

  4. Where was Martin Cooper born??? • He was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 26th, 1928. He was raised in Chicago, but moved to New York.

How did Dr. Martin Cooper invent the first mobile cell phone??? • “As I walked down the street while talking on the phone, New Yorkers gasped at the sight of someone actually moving around while making a phone call. Remember that in 1973, there weren't cordless telephones, let alone cellular phones. I made numerous calls, including one where I crossed the street while talking to a New York radio reporter - probably one of the more dangerous things I have ever done in my life.” he said.

A lot of people use the cell phones and a lot of people create new things. I think the cell phone is a wonderful way to contact people when in need! • A cell phone is important way to contact people in case of emergency!

  9. Negative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! • A bad thing about cell phone is that it can kill you by you texting while driving, texting while walking, talking on the phone while driving, and a lot more.

  10. Are there different kinds??? • There are a lot of different cell phones. A new phone is thought of everyday. One type of phone is the Kyocera.

  11. How does it work??? • How a cell phone works depends on what kind of cell phone. Some cell phones you have to slide down or slide across and others are touch screen, and others are flip phones, but every cell phone has 1 special feature that separates it from the rest.

  12. What company makes cell phones??? • There are a lot of different companies that make cell phones such as: • AT&T • Metro PCS • Verizon • Kyocera • Blackberry • Sprint • And many more………

  13. Can you make your own cell phone??? • You can make your own phone but, it's not easy. • It starts with parts that cost around $400. • Then you have to write code to run on the tiny Linux-based computer that your hoping will serve as the brains of your new phone.

  18. How much does it cost??? • A cell phone cost about $400 to get the materials to make one yourself and about $200 or more for new phones.

  19. Is it still around and has it changed??? • The mobile cell phone has a new look every time it comes out. It always changes. The mobile cell phone is still around and will probably be around for a long time.

  20. Is there a Cell phone parade??? • To tell the truth, there is not a cell phone parade. • No one probably thought this but, no one celebrates the day that that magnificent man created the mobile cell phone for the first time. • People only worry that they have a cell phone.
