EMAŞ PLASTIK • EMAŞPLASTIK is located in Bursa; • Total productionarea is 4,000 m2 • Total capacity is 14,000 Tons(6,000 Tons of capacityfor PA6 and PA66 industrialcompounds.) • 4 single screw extruders areusedand specifically improved for Industrialgrades. • 8,000 Tons of capacityon 2 Twin-ScrewCoperionextruderstogetherwith K-Trongravimetricdosingunits)

POLIVIS • POLIVIS (Polimer Servis) is located in Bursa – Gemlik FreeZone; • Total productionarea is 8,000 m2 • Total capacity is 30,000 Tons • 3 K-TRON Gravimetric dosing unit Ø 70 mm W&P MEGA 1200 RPM Twin-ScrewExtruder. • 4 K-TRON Gravimetric dosing unit Ø 58 mm W&P MEGA 1200 RPM Twin-ScrewExtruder. • 3 K-TRON Gravimetric dosing unit Ø 75 mm Twin-ScrewExtruder. • 1 injection molding machine, color measurement device and equipped laboratory assure the desired consistent quality.

  6. AKÇE PLASTIK • AKÇE PLASTIK is located in Manisa – OrganizedIndustrialZone; • Total productionarea is 3,000 m2 • Total capacity is 32,000 Tons • 5BRABENDERGravimetric dosing unit,2 x Ø 70 mm W&P MEGA 1200 RPM Twin-ScrewExtruder.

Products EMAŞ GROUPproductions, under the name of EMLON® and NYLEM® for polyamides, EMOPLEN® PP, EMOPLEN® AR (Regenerated PP Compound) for polypropylenes are registered trademarks that put on the market with competitive product prices. Also with registered brands CARBEM®, TERPOL®, NYBLEND®, all kinds of ABS, PC, PBT, PS, SAN material production is carried out.

Products Our raw materials, depending on the specific prescriptions, regenerated, original, reinforced, flat, impact resistance, or if desired, can be produced in the desired color according to some industry standards that have wide usage. Each passing day, our recipes are updated according to the technological developments and customer requirements.

  10. EMLON® 6-66and NYLEM® 6-66 The grades of EMLON®andNYLEM® Cover a wide range of applications. Modified grades are also available processing the additives: FlameRetardant(FR) Heat-Stabilizer(H) ImpactModifier(IM) UV-Stabilizer(UV) Hydrolysis Resistance(HR) These grades are identified by the addition of the above letters to the basic grade coding. Specially formulated compounds and a colour matching service are also available.

  11. EMOPLEN® Reinforced and modified thermoplastics based on polypropylene are compounding under the brand name EMOPLEN®. The outstanding features of these compounds are modifications to improve dimensional stability, rigidity, strength, heat deformation resistance. In addition to the standard range of compounds, EMAŞ offers the user the joint development of tailor-made grades for specific applications.
