Key Milestones • FY2007-08 : Project started and commenced production for starter sub- assemblies to MAG Czech Republic • Development completed for Starter 12V 2.2 to 3 KW • FY 2008-09 : Starter motor supply started to Sonalika and MAGNETON • Commenced production for 4” Alternators • 100th MINDA service dealer appointed • FY 2009-10 : ISO 9001:2008 Certification (DNV) • Supply started to 5 new customers • Development completed for 5”Alternator 37A, 65A & 120A • FY 2010-11 : 300th MINDA service dealer appointed World Class validation facilities established in house Development completed for Starter 12V 3.5 KW and 24V 3.5 KW • FY 2011-12 : Supply started to 3 new customers Development completed for Starter 12V 2 KW • FY 2013-14 : 558 MINDA Service Centre appointed • FY 2015-16 : Plant relocated to Own Building at Bawal • FY 2016-17 : Company was acquired by Minda Corporation Ltd.

  39. Critical Parameters validated at MINDA’s Product Validation & Endurance test Lab Salt Spray Chamber * Salt Spray test to evaluate the Electroplated, CED Coated and Painted parts. * Testing as per test standard ASTM-B117, and at Chamber temperature 40°C, with Salt Solution 5%-NaCl.
