Deputy Chairman Election Procedures • Call for additional Nominees • Announce Nominees • Flip a coin to determine who will present first – applicable only when there are two candidates • Request candidate not presenting to leave the room • First presenter will be given 10 minutes to present and the BOD will be given 5 minutes to ask questions Note: Time limit will be strictly adhered to www.witsa.org

Deputy Chairman Election Procedures • First presenter finishes, will be asked to leave the room • Second candidate will be invited to the room – same procedures as number one • The voting format will be a secret ballot and for the Board of Directors Only • Once all votes are counted, the results will be given to the Chairman • In the event of a tie, the Chairman will have the casting vote, which will be in secret • Chairman will announce the results www.witsa.org

Financial Report Accrual Balance • Total Net Equity $ 846,158.63 (WITSA’s accumulated earnings since inception) Net worth of WITSA • WITSA HAS NO DEBT • P&L YTD (Jan-September): ($41,016.08) Overall, Less expenses were incurred than budgeted with higher income earned. • Reasons for Improvement: More membership dues were earned, Digital Planet sales are higher than budgeted and expenses were lower than budgeted. (E.g. Contract services, bank charges and other types of expenses.) www.witsa.org

  41. Financial Report Expenses (2011) • Expenses were reduced by $ 60,643. Most of the decrease was due to less contract services expenses , (Legal, Consultant) and lower bank charges than budgeted. Looking Ahead • Expect to come in better than the budgeted for expenses • Expect not to meet revenue projections if Canada does not pay in 2011 www.witsa.org
