  2. Chemical Safety & Sanitation/ Lab. The person I Job Shadow was Heriberto Villapaldo. He is in charge of the Chemical Safety & Sanitation and the Lab of the important Ice-Cream Factory, "La Michoacana", located in Modesto Ca.

  4. Education Level The only education level required is a course of Chemical Safety & Sanitation Online and also computer knowledge, for example Microsoft Word and Excel. 

  5. Annual Income The annual income of this job is about 45,000 dollars a year, but it could change since he is payed per hours.

  6. Job Duties • Inspect all the machines' level of bacteria that have contact with the product with Swabs. • Make sure the employees are following the dressing code for example: Hair nets, gloves, hard cap, smocks, and long boots. • Verifying the company's needs and paper work they are requiring. • Order supplies needed online. • Go into Production and inspect everyone is following orders and pass all the information to the General Manager. • Update all the providers information.

  8. 3 Exiting things • Got a tour around the fabric. • Got to have lunch with the employees like one of them. • Got to learn and try out a little bit of what La Michoacana is all about and their products.

  9. 3 Unexpected things • I never thought I would enter Production because just limited people can enter. • I never thought i would get out of the office and do some of the things the employees do. • I never imagined the machines and the place was as big as it is.

  10. Yes or No No this is not the career i want to proceed with. This career takes up with much responsabilities to accomplish and it has low payment for much work. This career is made for people that have the knowledge about the job, not only training. I don't think i could have all those duties all up in my back.
