My recent job shadowing program in Colombia was an incredibly enriching experience. The organization of accommodation and local transport was seamless, allowing for a perfect balance between work and leisure. I was able to meet diverse individuals and gain a deeper understanding of Colombian culture and its pressing issues. Although there were some initial complications regarding scheduling, everything ultimately fell into place. The program included numerous high-level talks with local organizations, providing valuable insights and excellent practices. Overall, this was an unforgettable and informative journey.
