Black Mountain town square • Fall 2009 – Property at Montreat Road and State Street acquired • January 2010 – Town Square Steering Committee formed • October 2010 – Public opinion survey completed • July - October 2011 – Traffic study completed and accepted by the Board of Aldermen • February 2012 – Concept Plan for Town Square approvedby the Board of Aldermen
