  2. summary • It is an article talking about King Arthur. • Tudor Monarchs claimed that King Arthur was their ancestor. • Historians think King Arthur lived in fifth century. • He became a king when he pulled out the sword Excalibur out of the rock. • He married Guinevere, whose father gave him a huge table as a dowry.

The circular seating is a symbol of equality. • Lancelot fell in love with Guinevere and Arthur was very angry. • They ran away and Arthur left his knight Mordred in charge of his realm to follow them. But he rebelled and left Arthur heartbroken. • King Arthur is a symbol of English mythology influencing Western culture from the Middle Age to the present.
