  4. Availability • Accessible to all students and staff (with Banner access) • Available 5 working days after Board of Examiners / Examination Committee • Marketing • Only means of access to results

  5. Functionality • Linked to Banner • Contains module marks and progression/classification decision • Includes previous years’ marks • Component marks and results letters • No additional data entry

  6. Release mechanism • Only accessible when ‘released’ (can also be ‘unreleased’) • Module marks must be rolled (but not too early!) • Individual / group release available • Changes to Banner will automatically unrelease marks • E-mail notification to staff

  7. Student access • Separate entry and screens for students and staff • Students only see their own results • Links from website and course handbooks

  8. Staff access • Viewable by individual or cohort • Link on ‘For staff’ page • Link on Quality manual

  9. Support for students • Help is available on QSRE website • Password problems • FAQs • Faculty staff may be first point of contact
