Questionnaire „TV & Books“ We ask these questions → variables (questions in red colour should be firstanswered on the paper): • ID (number of respondent) • Studies/form of study and semester/year (coded in the class) • Age • Gender • How many hours a day do you (approximately) watch TV? • How many books altogetherhave you read last during the last 12 months?→ ALL BOOKS • How many professional or academicbooks have you read last during the last 12 months → PROFESSIONAL/ ACADEMIC BOOKS ONLY • How many books have you read during the last 12 months for pleasure (fictitious literature, poetry, etc.) → BOOKS FOR PLEASURE ONLY • How many people do you consider to be your close friends (i.e. somebody you can trust to talk about personal problems etc)? → NUMBER OF FRIENDS • Region of living/ place of birth • Did you study bachelor level at FHS in Prague? • WORK: Do you have a regular job (min. 1/2 part time job)? • How many books did were in your home whne you were a hild ?(categories 1-5 /9; see next page) + new from 2013 and 2014: • How many children do you have? • How many hours a day do you spend with computer/ on the internet (in your free time only)? • How many hours a week do you sport? • Day and month you were born (formatted as 0.ddmm) → for nameless identification in test-retest of reliability
