PCC-ONC is testing this features using Goldmine, Act and Twixtel.

  6. Goldmine configuration procedure for 1st Party TSP for PA To configure Goldmine for 1st Party TSP for PA, we used: OS: Windows XP: TAPI Link for Goldmine Add on Goldmine version: 6.0

  7. TAPI link for Goldmine configuration procedure: <Step 1> Start PA Server, connect a PA_PRO client (as extension 3002) to PA Server and start 1st Party TSP for PA. Open TAPI Link for Goldmine application:

  8. TAPI link for Goldmine configuration procedure: <Step 2> Open Goldmine Application. <Step 3> Add a contact with Phone2: 3005. <Step 4> Double Click the Phone2 of the contact to make a call to the Phone2 number.

TAPI link for Goldmine configuration procedure: <Step 6> Dial from Dialer application: -using keys and dial button -using P2 button <Step 7> While the call is in ringing or connected state, the call can be dropped by application, by double click Phone2, Push P2 button in Dialer, or pressing On Hook button on dialer.

  11. TAPI link for Goldmine configuration procedure: <Step 8> When the phone is idle, and a call is received the Dialer application shows that call. It can be answered by pressing Answer button, Pushing P2 button, double clicking Phone2 form Contact or selecting Dial to Phone2 from menu.

  14. Addon configuration: <Step 1> Start PA_PRO Client and Panasonic PA 1st Party TSP. <Step 2> After ACT!9.0 installation and configuration, set ACT not to use ACT Dialer:

  15. Addon configuration: <Step 3> Download ACT!Tapi.NET addon (www.actaddons.com) and install it. <Step 4> Go to TAPIConfiguration: <Step 5> Configure the TAPI Device and TAPI Provider : <Step 6> Press [OK] to save the settings.

  16. Make calls using TAPI addon: <Step 1> Go to TAPI Call a Contact. <Step 2> Make a call to a contact by pressing “123” button:

  18. Make calls using TAPI addon: <Step 4> A call in offering state, a pop-up is displayed: <Step 5> Answer the call manualy by PT operation. The call state is connected, the icon is green: <Step 6> Drop the call same as Step 3.

Making lineDial: • When having a call in connected state, press TAPI Call a Contact button and input in the a number (example: “ 12”) in the Phone Number field (in Call Contact dialog) and press the call button. • 2. When making a call by TAPI Call a Contact button with half of destination address “12” , go to TAPI Call a Contact button againg and input in the Phone Number field “3” and press the call button, it will make a call to extension 123.

  21. How to dial on Outlook using Panasonic PA 1st Party TSP feature <Step 0> Start PA Client and login by your user. <Step 1> Operate right click on item that you want to call, and select ‘Call Contact…’.

  28. Make a call from Chat Window Switch communication from chat to telephone talk by one click. Start Extension Call. <Problem Fix at PA V1.6> - Sometimes user does not notice received chat message, when user clicks other application just after PC received chat message. - During waiting next chat message, if user opens other application, it is difficult to notice the next message. Chat window displays as “Always Top”. Minimize to task bar is possible.
