2. Where they live • Arctic foxes live throughout the entire Arctic tundra, through Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Russia, Norway, Scandinavia, and even Iceland.It is the only land mammal in those places.

3. How the arctic foxes look like • The arctic fox is a mammal.Arctic foxes are the size of about a small dog.They have thick,white,fur.They can be up to 2.3 to 3.5 feet.Arctic foxes weigh about 6.5 to 21 pounds.

4. What arctic foxes do • Arctic foxes are nocturnal.It means that they are more active at night.Arctic foxes often spend part at night hunting.Arctic .During the fall and winter they have white,thickfur.In the spring and summer they have brown or gray fur.

5. What Arctic Foxes eat • Arctic Foxes mainly eat lemmings,but they also eat anything they can find.Arctic foxes also eat leftovers from polor bears meals.They also eat birds nest,hares,and fish.

6. What hunts Arctic Foxes • Animals that hunt arctic foxes are polar bears, wolves,and golden eagles Other types of wolves eat arctic foxes.

7. What is causing them to be endangered. • People kill arctic foxes for their thick fur,which it is worthful.arctic foxes are very curious,which means they die easily.They can live up to 3 to 6 years.There are about few hundreds left in the wild.
