  2. Air made up of the same matter that forms everything on the planet. Even though you can’t see the air, it is comprised of atoms, which form the building blocks of our physical world. In other words, air and nothingness are not the same things at all. Motionany movement or change in position or place.

  3. Local winds Are winds that blow over short distances caused by unequal heating of the earths surface in a small area.

  4. Prevailing winds Are winds that blow predominantly from a single general direction over a particular point on Earth’s surface.

  5. Planetary winds Any wind system of the earth's atmosphere which owes its existence and direction to solar radiation and to the rotation of the earth.
