It affects our weight, our physical appearance, and our health. Exercise combats heart disease, regulates blood pressure, helps prevent type 2 diabetes and offer many more health benefits. What not many people know is the effect exercise has on our brain. Exercise may enhance our memory, improve our sleep, reduce stress and make us overall happier.
