  2. 53 y bayan hasta, • Şikayeti: Nefes darlığı ve göğüs ağrısı • Hastanın son 9 aydır giderek artan, miyorelaksan ile gerilemeyen göğüs ağrısı mevcut; • Özgeçmiş:Opere meme ca(13 yıl önce),post op.RT • FM:Sol hemitoraksta bazalde belirgin olmak üzere solunum seslerı azalmış.

  5. BT: sol hemitorakstaplevralefüzyon, sol üst zonlateral duvarda, kot destrüksiyonuna yol açan ve ekstratorasik uzanım gösteren kitle. • PET-BT çekildi,

  7. PET-BT rapor BT raporunu desteklemekte; 2. kotta destrüksiyon saptanıyor; kitlenin SUV max değeri(18,43 olarak geliyor.)

  8. LAB:özellik yok • FOB:Sol endobronşial sistemde dıştan bası ile uyumlu görünüm • Torakoskopiyapıldı.

  9. Hastanın alınan patolojisi malignmezenkimaltm ile uyumlu. • Hasta medikal onkolojiye yönlendirildi.
