  4. First hand-held mobile phone • The first hand-held mobile phone has been shown in 1973 by Dr. Martin Cooper and John Francis Mitchell. • The first mobile phone weight 2.2 pounds. • By 1990 mobile phones had started being sold.

  5. Information about mobile phones Phones started becoming popular by the time from 1990. Motorola invented the first hand-held mobile phone. Then Nokia Started becoming famous mobile phone’s brand. Right now about only 20% of people use mobile phones. Mobile phone are still in the market because of their cheap prices.
