  3. Whales • Most people think whales are sea creatures. They are mammals. • They do not eat meat. They eat backwash and plants.

  4. Dolphins • Dolphins and whales are mammals. • They have blow holes.

  5. Sea Weed • Sea weed is usually on beaches you may step on it. • It’s the type of plant that floats in the sea.

  6. Sea Grass • Sea grass has strong tucked roots. And sea grass has evolved in time.

  7. Red algae • Red algae has 6,000 species. • Red algae can be red or purplish.

  8. Kelp • Kelp are large sea weed belonging to the brown algae family. • There are 30 different genera. • Kelp grows in a underwater forests in shallow oceans.

  9. Octopuses • Octopuses are famous for their rounding eyes and head. • Crabs, shrimp, and lobster rank among their favorite food.
