  4. De EACLPP • Ontstaan uit de ‘European CL Workgroup’ (ECLW) • Opgericht in 1997 in Zaragoza (Spanje); secretariaat in Manchester (UK) • Omvat alle EU lidstaten en Noorwegen, Zwitserland, Turkije • Doelstelling: bevorderen van ziekenhuispsychiatrie, consultatieve psychiatrie en ‘psychosomatics’

Zorgontwikkeling • Ontwikkeling van gespecialiseerde integrale afdelingen: • Med-Psych Units/ Psych-Med Units • Psychosomatische afdelingen • Uitbreiding multidisciplinaire initiatieven • Multidisciplinaire poliklinieken • Intensivering liaison-activiteiten • Modellen voor actievere case-finding • Inzet screeningsvragenlijsten

  9. Zorgontwikkeling • Uitbreiding consultatieve activiteiten: • in eerste lijn • tweede lijn (GGZ instellingen) • categorale (derdelijns-) instellingen • ‘Stepped care’ en ketenzorg

  10. 2. Onderzoek • Veel onderzoek naar comorbiditeit, • maar gefragmenteerd, overzicht lastig • Momenteel geen grote internationale initiatieven

  11. 3. Opleiding • Formuleren van opleidingseisen • (Streven naar) een ‘interne aantekening’ of subspecialisatie

  12. Werkwijze Periode 2000-2004; 4 bijeenkomsten. • Beschrijving bestaande opleidingen • Inventarisatie bestaande opleidingsrichtlijnen • Delphi procedure (19 experts uit 11 landen) • Formulering van consensusrichtlijn

  15. 4. Kwaliteitsbevordering • Internationalisering richtlijnontwikkeling • Opstellen kwaliteitscriteria en prestatie- indicatoren • Uitwisseling ervaringen binnen werkgroepen

Redenen voor internationalisering van richtlijnen • Kostbaar in tijd en geld • Besparing kan worden gebruikt voor een betere implementatie van richtlijnen. • Infrastructuur niet in elk land toereikend • Iedereen heeft toegang tot dezelfde ‘evidence’ • Minder gevoelig voor ideosyncratische benaderingen • Bevordert internationale samenwerking
