My name is Kim, I’m 17 from Cavan. I studied at Bailieborough Community School and actively participate in Gaelic Football with Bailieborough Shamrocks and swim with the East Cavan Swimming Club. I chose Advertising and Marketing Communications due to my keen interest and the broad career opportunities it offers. Organizing a charity walk for my LCVP course ignited my passion for advertising. After college, I aspire to travel and explore my career path, hoping to discover my true calling in marketing and advertising.

  2. About Myself. . . • My name is Kim • I am 17 years old • I am from Cavan • I went to Bailieborough Community School • I play Gaelic Football for Bailieborough Shamrocks and Cavan. I also swim with East Cavan Swimming Club

  3. Areas Of Interest • I chose Advertising and marketing communications as I have a huge interest in Advertising and Markerting. • Having done some research i felt there is a broad choice of career opportunites within this course.

  4. Experiences relevant to my interests. . . • As part of my LCVP course in sixth year I had to organise a charity walk. This involved designing posters and handing them out. I got a great interest in advertising from this.

  5. Future Plans. . . • When I am finished college I hope to travel the world. • This course has a broad choice of career opportunities, I’m not sure what I hope to get out of this course yet but I hope I will realise what I want in the near future.
