2. WELCOME Summer Camp 2014 Summer Camp offers an experience that is unforgettable! During the summer, campers jump into action, participating in exciting sports programs, exploring nature, becoming involved in performing and creative arts, playing a part in group activities, and attending special events. Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our exceptional program and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong friendships among our campers. It will be a summer you’ll never forget! Camp Schedule It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors! A camp is only as good as its staff, and we are extremely proud of ours. Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. Camp counselors are doing exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to explore, reach for new heights, and expand their horizons. 3. HIGHLIGHTS Highlights of Summer Camp Experience At Enchanted Care we believe in nurturing the whole child with encouraging staff, discovery learning and fun recreational activities. We will provide opportunities for active play and focused activities planned around bi-weekly themes that encourage self esteem, friendship and lasting memories. REGISTRATOIN, PAYMENT, AND REFUND POLICY Payment Policy: A deposit of one week's camp tuition, including the activity fee and the new family registration fee (if applicable), is required at the time of enrollment to hold your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the campers' final week of camp. Tuition is paid bi-weekly and is due on the first Monday of the tuition cycle. If tuition is not paid by Wednesday, you are subject to a late fee. Payment for all specialty camps must be received one week before the session starts. *All payments must be made in check or cashier’s check. There will be a fee of $25.00 for returned checks. Refund Policy: A refund is made with a two week advance notice in writing. There will be NO REFUND OR FEEPRORATED if your child is sick or absent.
