Reflecting on the challenges and triumphs of implementing Comprehensible Input (CI) in the classroom, I've learned to effectively present engaging stories that push students' grammatical limits while remaining understandable. Throughout the year, I faced difficulties in structuring a cohesive CI curriculum across various grade levels. Nonetheless, CI instruction has transformed my teaching approach. By utilizing techniques like One Word Pictures, Readers Theater, and Telephone Relay, I've discovered innovative ways to facilitate learning and enhance student engagement, making language teaching more enjoyable for everyone.
