  11. REL 110 is planned for the spring of 2020. Click HUM 110 to add the course.

  12. First click on Humanities to limit your search for those courses. When all choices have been made then click “View Available Sections.” Second, click on the Semester and Year that you are interested in registering for a course. Then click on any other options that you choose, this will help to narrow your search for sections for an individual course. You do not need to make any further choices.

  13. Find a section that fits your schedule and click “Add Section.” Note: Once registration has begun - the number of seats available will show here. Be sure to choose a section that has seats available.

  14. Primary Considerations for Students Prior to Early-Registration • Communicate with your advisor in advance of early registration by scheduling a time to meet face-to-face or by using LancerMAIL to email your advisor. • Courses taken outside the student’s active program (program courses are listed in the Student Planning section of Self-Service) WILL NOT be covered by financial aid (with the exception of 30 hours of developmental coursework). • Review your program requirements and progress in Self-Service before meeting with your advisor and plan your future courses based on the information for your declared major and active catalog year. • Use the College website to access important information regarding advising and registration. www.lenoircc.edu • Students and faculty should communicate ONLY through LancerMAIL when sending information electronically. • If you have problems logging in, request technical assistance through the College’s website. • Obtaining your advisor’s authorization on WebADVISOR allows you the opportunity to register online November 4 with no delays. • Review your Financial Aid status on WebADVISOR prior to early registration.

  15. Remember DON’T FORGET TO: • Contact your advisor by email when you have selected the courses you would like to take and ask them to review your choices. • Your advisor will contact you with any questions or concerns about your plan. • Ask your advisor to open online registration allowing you to register for previously discussed courses, OR contact your advisor when registration opens and ask him/her to register you for those courses. • Meet with your advisor by phone or in-person by scheduling a time during available office hours to develop your plan together.
