This project entails a detailed analysis of limitation samples, focusing on the comparison of prices and quantities of imitation vs. original FMCG products. It covers the percentage of total sales attributed to imitations, retailers' margins, and the use of imitations in households. Field visits to retailers will gauge interest in purchasing original products based on samples provided. Moreover, a situation analysis will leverage marketing theories and consumer segmentation, concluding with actionable insights. The project will also explore resource-based products and their market viability, supported by a detailed techno-commercial study.

PROJECT ON RESOURCE BASED PRODUCT • IDENTIFY SOURCE OF A RM available in ur area • Identify any FG that can b made out of a above RM • Work on the Processing plant & M/sc reqd. to convert RM FG • Do a technocommercial study & calculate the costing for approx. investt reqd to convert RM FG • Make a mktg Plan to sell that product in various segments.
