  2. Open thisphet!! It should be the sandwich shop. • The first step is to set up our reactions. To do this we need to decide how many pieces of bread and cheese make a sandwich. • You will follow a set of directions to complete a table on the next slide. • To make things simple, start with a cheese sandwich consisting of two pieces of bread and one piece of cheese.

  3. Use the phet to fill in the following table.
