TS&L Expectations BDDM 1.1.2.11(3) lists a general outline of possible discussion items. The word “possible” in the above does not really capture the expectation. The wording needs to be changed to say something like, “… a general outline of discussion items. Include all items that apply.”
TS&L Expectations Include all applicable items in the list plus: Discussion of alternate types considered or reasons why alternates were not considered. • Discussion of any unusual design elements, such as: • Sheet pile abutments • Aesthetic treatments • Experimental features • Special features required by other agencies
