  2. 605 Engine on Crane Application • Pick & Carry Crane (Popularly known as Hydra Cranes) Market is dominated by establish players like ACE, Escorts, Hercules, Voltas Etc. This is very much growing Market since past few Years. • Prime mover for this Application are Perkins/Simpson/KOEL/SAME/Sonalika Engines. • We also started supplying Engines of 50-60 HP range, popularly used for 8 Ton to 14 Ton category Cranes.

  3. 605 Engine on Crane Application • ENGINE MODEL: NE 457 IA (Base of 4575 Genset Eng) being offeredfor this Application. • Scope of Supply: 4 Cylinder Naturally Aspirated water cool engine, Starter Motor, Battery Charging Alternator 45 Amp, Dry type Air Cleaner with Pre cleaner , Radiator Aluminium(TATA Toyo) with hoses & Cooling fan , oil filters , diesel filter etc. • Gear driven Compressor 160 cc , front PTO arrangement for hydraulic pump 17 Gpm ( pump is in scope of customer)

Product Features • This a engine belong to most rugged NEF engine family suitable for Construction equipment application. • Proven engine design in tractor market since last 10 years. • Better fuel efficiency compare to competitors . • High back up torque capable of absorbing sudden jerks & loads. • In built 160cc compressor for operating hydro pneumatic brakes. • Proven cooling system with high discharge water pump.
