  2. Brief History about this Application Voltas & Godrej are Two major dominant players in Forklift Industry. We got a break through in Voltas for 3 Ton Category Forklift, which is the maximum selling category. Voltas has installed 555 Engine in newly developed Forklift with Hydrostatic Transmission (No Gears ) for ease of operation.
  3. 555 Engine on this Application ENGINE MODEL: We offered 555 Engine with 49.5 Hp @2100 RPM Water cooled Naturally aspirated Engine. 555 is being called as NE 452 3A after ARAI Certification so same is appearing on Engine Name Plate.
  4. Product Features This engine is very robust and suitable for Construction equipment application. This Engine meets Bharat Stage – III CEV emission norms. Engine is having front supported Steel Cam shaft and Hydraulic Pump to drive implements of Forklift. Proven engine design in tractor market since long period. Engine is capable to take sudden load and jerks due to higher backup Torque. Engine is able to work at 17 Deg. Gradient, which is very important for this kind of application.
  5. Scope of Supply NE452 3A (555) Engine of 49.5 HP @2100 RPM is being supplied along with following – Starter motor 12 V, Alternator 12V-36Amp. Std. Oil Filter/Fuel Filter Air Filter – 6” with Vacuum Indicator Radiator Fan - Pusher Type Hydraulic Pump – 17 GPM Radiator is Customer scope of supply.
