Analysis of CD8+ CTLs with PE and FITC Markers in Flow Cytometry
10 likes | 122 Vues
This study focuses on the characterization of CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) using flow cytometry. Utilizing PE (phycoerythrin) and FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) fluorescent markers, we analyze un-separated cell populations based on forward scatter (FS) and side scatter (SS) properties. Our approach aims to quantify and assess the functionality of CD8+ CTLs within the immune response, enhancing our understanding of their role in immunology and therapeutic applications.
