A project: • Has a well defined goal expressed as an output or final result • Has a finite start date and end date • Has well defined activities that lead to the target goal • Represents a collection of human, technological, and financial resources organized around the goal A project is a set of planned and coordinated activities designed and pursued to yield some type of observable result with a benefit.
