  2. Hypothalamus The hypothalamus controls practically every organ in the body. It is located in the brain, and is cone shaped. It is above the brain stem but below the thalamus.

  3. Pituitary This gland is tiny organ, found at the base of the brain. It is the master gland of the body.

  4. Thyroid Is the biggest gland in the neck. It is located below your “adams apple” or your larynx. Sometime it doesn’t migrate right and ends up in the chest or the back of the tonuge but both of these occasions are very rare.

  5. Pancreas Is a spongey grayish-pink organ, that stretches across the back of the abdomen behind the tummy. You can also have pancreatic cancer. It is fatal and as of now has no cure.

  6. Adrenal Glands Are the top of your kidney. Although it is very tiny it has a very important roll. It gives off numerous hormones that help us grow and deal with stress.
