  4. What we offer to all doctoral students: Transferable skills trainings Peer mentoring Conflict consultation

  5. Why „training in transferable skills“? to improve your performance as early-stage researchers to enable you to complete your research projects as soon as possible to improve your employability as graduates with a doctoral degree to develop a doctoral students network

  6. The workshops are … • offered to beginners or to advanced doctoral candidates • tailored to doctoral candidates from the natural & life sciences or for doctoral candidates from the humanities & social sciences (some are open to all disciplines) • mainly held in English

  7. Quality Assurance High-leveltrainingcourses in smallgroups Customized to fit typical situations which occur during doctoral research Highly-qualified trainers who have typically workedin the academic field themselves Evaluation by participants through feedback questionnaires
