  2. Current ERP Project Progress and Achievements • CG ERP Jan-2014 accounting period have been generate 1st ERP Financial Report on 07th-Mar-2014. Feb-2014 accounting period month-end activities have been completed, Now is processing Mar-2014 accounting period month-end activities. • SAG ERP Jan-2014 accounting period month-end closing process was complete, now is doing cost value check and fine tune for Feb-2014. At the same time Mar-2014 month-end process have been started. • Motive Mulia ERP project have already been kick-off on 11-Mar-2014 and complete operation process survey and diagnostic process on 14-Mar. • The BI implementation process will be started on 17-Mar-2014. • The EFGP implementation process will be started on 11-Apr-2014. • CFC Core Process Module (list below) customization for 1st Round Operation Simulation Testing have been delivered and do customization training on mid of Apr-2014 (Purchasing, Inventory, Sales & B2B, Logistic & FG Warehouse, Production, Financial) • Key User Examination have been executed for Core Process Modules (Maintenance, QC, Elec Power, SMS will be May-2014, and HRM will be June-2014 ) • CFC ERP 1st Round Operation Simulation Testing will be start on 22-Apr-2014. 1

  5. Progress update Purchasing Progress Update Next Plan Module / Function • Recheck all the basic data for CFC-TKP & CFC-HPGP. • 2. Outstanding Issues should be solved or have work around solution. • 3. Deliver GR (Good Receiving) integrated functions with LiGu with current confirmed spec on May-2014. • Q : Does Item 3 LiGu Integration • spec will be impacted by new • LiGu database structure ? 1. All of Purchasing procedure have been trained and processed in CFC ERP environment. except GR integrated with LiGu weight-scale. (There are some outstanding issues and will be updated the status next session.) 2. Key User Examination have been done, Key user can process the system procedure well and smoothly by themselves. 3. All of Inventory procedure have been trained and processed in CFC ERP environment. 2. Key User Examination have been done, Key user can process the system procedure well and smoothly by themselves. 3.   7. Progress update Sales & B2B Progress Update Next Plan Module / Function 1. B2B interface should have Vietnamese ( MIS will continue to replace Simplify Chinese to Vietnamese ) 2. All of Sales & B2B procedure have been trained and processed in CFC ERP environment. (There are some outstanding issues and will be updated the status next session.) 3. Key User Examination have been done, although TKP user can process the system procedure by themselves, but suggest to do continue practice to enhance the process speed. (not familiar) (Due to HPGP join the training from Logistic (L/N,…), so Sales & B2B still can not process) 4. Ready to execute 1st Round operation Simulation Testing • Recheck all the basic data for CFC-TKP & CFC-HPGP. • (especial for CFC-HPGP) • 2. Outstanding Issues should be solved or have work around solution. • 3. Sales Customization Report (6pcs) Spec will be provide on 30-Apr and need to be confirmed . • 4. Develop Training Schedule for External user for new B2B interface (Agents, Carriers,..) System Basic Data User Skill 6

  8. Progress update Logistic & FG Warehouse Progress Update Next Plan Module / Function • Recheck all the basic data for CFC-TKP & CFC-HPGP. • (especial for CFC-HPGP) • 2. Outstanding Issues should be solved or have work around solution. • 3. Logistic & Warehouse Customization Report (4pcs + 2pcs) will be provide on 25-Apr (4pcs) and 30-Apr (2pcs), and need to be confirmed. 1. All of Logistic and F/G Warehouse procedure have been trained and processed in CFC ERP environment. (There are some outstanding issues and will be updated the status next session.) 2. Key User Examination have been done, although TKP user can process the system procedure by themselves, but suggest to do continue practice to enhance the process speed. (not familiar) (Due to HPGP join the training from Logistic (L/N,…), the learning effect are no good for HPGP, they still need more practice to familiar new system and process) 3. Outstanding Issues should be solved or have work around solution. • 3. Packing and Production Customization Reports (7pcs+6pcs) Spec will be provide on 24-Apr (7pcs) and 30-Apr (6pcs), and need to be confirmed . 1. All of Production procedure have been trained and processed in CFC ERP environment. (There are some outstanding issues and will be updated the status next session.) 2. Key User Examination have been done, Both TKP & HPGP user can process the system procedure well and smoothly by themselves. 3.   10. Progress update Equipment Maintenance Progress Update Next Plan Module / Function • Equipment Maintenance basic data preparation and upload into ERP DB. • 2. Maintenance Module Training will be hold on May-2014. 1. Maintenance Customization Module have been develop and deliver to CFC. 2. Maintenance Module Basic Data preparation had been explained on 19-Mar-204 by Mr. Nick. 3. Due to priority consideration (for 1st Round Simulation Test), we postpone the Maintenance Module from Apr-2014 to May-2014. System Basic Data 9

  11. Progress update Finance & Accounting Progress Update Next Plan Module / Function • Recheck all the basic data for CFC-TKP & CFC-HPGP. • 2. To revise program for Invoicing for shipment about 100% Deposit Order on May-2014. • 3. Deliver Dual Currency Solution and do customization training on May-2014 (2nd Round Testing) • 4. FIN Customization for Vietnamese Description input (186) & Dual currency (250). Total costs about 416 programming hours ! • Dual Currency have conclusion and already release to programming. • All of Financial & Accounting procedure can be process well in CFC ERP environment, except for Invoicing for shipment about 100% Deposit Order. • Key User Examination have been done, but the result are no good, AP & AR user still can not process the new procedure by themselves, still need more and more practice. • 4. Progress update Cost Accounting Progress Update Next Plan Module / Function • Deliver Dual Currency Solution for Cost Accounting and do customization training on May-2014 (2nd Round Testing) • Additional customization charge for Cost Accounting 88 programming hours should be confirmed. • Dual Currency Solution for Cost Accounting have been confirm and now developing customization spec. • 2. Because of this additional level process need to auto generate related transaction from system. That will cause additional customization charge (88 hours). System Basic Data 11

Progress update Electric Power Q.C Reports Progress Update Next action Plan Module / Function • All of QC Spec have been confirmed on Mar-2014. • Current QC customization module now is under programming and expect to deliver to CFC on 12-May-2014. 1. Electric Power Module will be hold on May-2014. • All of Electric Power Spec have been confirmed on Feb-2014. • Current Electric Power customization module now is under programming and expect to deliver to CFC on 12-May-2014. 12

SMS Platform and SMS Service Message Program have been develop (and revised). 3. Now is testing SMS Modem integration function. 1. Doing CFC SMS Modem Compatibility Testing on May-2014. 2. Have already provide 25 customization Reports Spec to CFC confirmed on 05-Apr. 2. There are some delay on remaining customization reports , and Digiwin should to catch-up the schedule. ( Original Plan (52 RPTs) : 28/3 : 25 RPTs ; 5/4 : 10 RPTs; 11/4 : 8 RPTs ; 18/4 : 5 RPTs ; 25/4 : 4 RPTs ) 1. To catch-up delay schedule and provide Cust. reports Spec as below: on 24-Apr : a. Packing Report (7pcs) b. Elec Power Report (4pcs) c. Logistic Report (4pcs) on 30-Apr : d. Sales Report (6pcs) e. Production Report (6pcs) f. Warehouse Report (2pcs) 13

  15. Progress update HRM & ESS Progress Update Next action Plan Module / Function 1. Provide P/S Bonus Spec to confirm before 02-May-2014. ( P/S Bonus will be separate into P/S bonus parameters P/S Bonus Calculation and P/S Bonus ) 2. HRM Customization Progress, and start to deliver from end of May-2014. 3. Checking HRM Go-Live Strategy : (1) HRM Go-Live first (01-July) , then ESS Go-Live Second step. (2) HRM + ESS Go-Live at same time (will impact original HRM 01-July Go-live Schedule, the expect Parallel testing on Aug-2014, and go-live on Sep-2014) • All of HRM confirmation spec have been provide except P/S Bonus Spec. • 2. CFC Organization Data already upload into HRM System. • 3. Basic Salary formula already been setting • 4. Waiting CFC Sign-back customization Spec. (annual leave,…) System Basic Data 14
