Insight • The building I live in is managed by KC Loft Central, a subsidiary of Master Reality Properties Inc. • MRP has 30 commercial spaces, and 15 luxury condo/loft/apartment complexes from the 2nd floor of my building in downtown KC • They hold over $750m in property with 1000+ loft apartment dwellings. These means hundreds of new leads through one source • Coming or Going the leasing/selling agents are going to know who needs moving services before a decision is made on service provider • A good leasing agent or broker has the power to influence them, especially if there is a carrot on the end of the stick

Proposal • Large loads occur about 3-5 time a month in my building alone • What if Fry Wagner formed a partnership program with the condo/leasing agency to solicit Fry Wagner’s services on their behalf. Extended sales staff so to speak. • Fry Wagner could offer a applicable discount (say 10%) to the mover via a promotion code specific to the property • If legal Fry Wagner would give the management company a 2-5% kick back of services rendered for the closed business referral • All interactions within the program would need to be traceable and transparent from both sides to work • A meeting can be facilitated with the Property Manager if feasible
