  2. Concert Orchestra Mission Statement We, the Concert Orchestra students, are here to learn our instruments, good string instrument technique, new notes and music, and to become better musicians. We will always give our best and concentrate on playing with good tone and in harmony with each other. We will practice hard at home, listen to each other respectfully, work together, help others, and focus in order to become the best musicians we can be.

  3. 6 Band Mission Statement We, the 6th Grade Eagle Band, are here to learn more about music, improve on our instruments and as performers, learn new notes and rhythms, create beautiful music, and perform many challenging new pieces of music as a whole band. In order to accomplish our goals, we need to be responsible and respectful, practice at home, work hard, give our best, wait patiently, help others, and work together as a team because music matters to us!

  4. 6 Orchestra Mission Statement We, the 6th Grade Eagle Orchestra, are here to learn more about music, improve on our instruments and as performers, learn new notes and rhythms, create beautiful music, and perform many challenging new pieces of music as a whole orchestra. We will make that happen by practicing at home, listening, paying attention in rehearsal, working together, listening to each other and the conductor, and by being kind to others because music is important to us.

  5. 7 Band Mission Statement We, the 7th Grade Eagle Band are here to learn about music and various musical styles, better technique for our instruments, improve on our instruments, learn new notes and perform new music. In order to become accomplished musicians, we will play in tune, practice hard, set high goals for ourselves, pay attention to the music, work hard, get along, listen, encourage and help each other, focus in class, because what we learn in music will help us succeed in life.

  6. 8 Band Mission Statement We, the 8th Grade Wind Ensemble, are here to learn how to play our instruments at a higher level, learn new notes and techniques, play more challenging music, and to play together as a tight musical ensemble. In order to accomplish our goals, we must practice, play our parts well together, listen to each other, work together, follow the classroom rules, and have self control. We will be prepared, respectful, attentive, and good listeners because what we learn in music will help us succeed in life.

  7. 6th MUSIC Appreciation Mission Statement We, the 6th grade music appreciation class will work together and give our best effort in order to learn about different kinds of music, have fun, and learn more about composers and composing. We have to practice hard, get along, and respect each together in order to reach our goals.
