The methodology aims to improve the purity and detectability of ASIP by effectively separating it from interfering substances. Results demonstrate that the nickel column enhances the efficiency of HPLC, leading to better separation and quantification of ASIP, making this approach valuable for research in metabolic regulation and obesity studies.
