Enhancing Usability and Memorability Through User Research: A Comprehensive Study

In our user research study, we aimed to evaluate the memorability and desirability of our product, focusing on its usability and effectiveness. The process involved a pre-survey, usability testing in Round 1, followed by diary studies, pre- and post-tests, analytics, and interviews in Round 2. We gathered insights from study participants to refine useful features and ensure higher adoption rates. The results informed a revised prototype, showcasing improvements based on user feedback. Visual documentation of our usability testing will illustrate the iterative process.
