Part II Facilitate initial training for the development of methodology for developing standards in the curriculum based on competencies.

All of the countries have valuable lessons to share Horizontal Cooperation augments the national systems capacity to reflect and learn from ourselves and the experience of others The genuine political will for sharing is as important as what is being shared itself.
