In this module, we delve into the intriguing world of Extrasensory Perception (ESP) and its various forms, including telepathy, precognition, clairvoyance, and psychokinesis. Students will reflect on personal experiences with psychic phenomena, debate the necessity of scientific proof for validating ESP, and explore the controversial perspectives surrounding its existence. Key figures like James Randi highlight the clash between skeptics and believers in psychic abilities. By engaging with case studies and assignments, students will articulate their own beliefs about ESP and its implications on our understanding of perception.
