  3. Mr. Alan King, Director Energy Partnerships with DASA (Energy and Sustainability) was the featured speaker at the Post’s February meeting. He spoke on the Energy Initiative for the U.S. Army. February 3, 2011

  19. 8th Annual Emergency Preparedness and Homeland Security SeminarNovember 9, 2011 At the 8th Annual EP and HS Seminar, we heard from Charlotte Franklin (Arlington Office of Emergency Management), Rear Admiral Ronald Rabago (Chief Engineer with the U.S. Coast Guard), and Sean Kennedy (Virginia’s Task Force One, Urban Search and Rescue).

  20. The NoVA Post dedicated its December meeting to our Wounded Warriors. Robin Kelleher, President and CEO of Hope for the Warriors spoke, and Soldiers from Fort Belvoir’s First Warrior Battalion spoke about their mission here and received a donation from the Post by President Jay Manik. Donations were also collected for Toys for Tots. Holiday Luncheon to Benefit Wounded WarriorsDecember 9, 2011
