Our One-to-One Careers Service offers unlimited support to job seekers, including help with CVs, applications, covering letters, personal statements, and interview practice. We provide valuable information and job-seeking advice, encouraging confidence in clients. However, we do not liaise with employers or handle legal work issues. For agencies, we provide advisory support but do not substitute agency responsibilities. A case study of a dyslexic client illustrates our impact; after two years, she's gained confidence and is now applying for a PGDE program.
