  2. Obama Agrees. • "We should not be locking up kids or individual users for long stretches of jail time when some of the folks who are writing those laws have probably done the same thing," Obama said.

  3. Public Opinion • More than half of New Jersey agree that medical marijuana should be legal. • Fifty-six percent say that if it's allowed, doctors should be able to prescribe medical marijuana to anyone they think it can help.

  6. Dangerous? • There are more dangerous drugs to be worried about. • Laws are changing and so are peoples outlook on marijuana.

  7. Comparison. Marijuana Alcohol 88,000 deaths a year. Recovering from alcoholism or are unable to control the amount they drink. • Zero related deaths. • Non addictive.

  10. Arrests. • People have stated that it’s one of the easiest drugs to obtain • Arrests have sky rocked and almost half of them weren't distribution they were possession.
