  1. …Today is TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13th! • And it’s going to be a GREAT day! Welcome! 1.) Take out a piece of paper. 2.) Find a pen/pencil, and… 3.) Answer the following questions as honestly & thoughtfully as you can!

  2. DO * NOW! Directions: Answer the following questions in complete sentences. You have 15 minutes! (When you are done, please write down your homework assignment!) …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… 1. On Friday’s test, you were given the chance to use your notes. * Did you find that using your notes was helpful? *If yes- which notes did you use?*If not- why do you think it did not help? 2. The test was out of a possible 100 points. Each question is worth 3 points. If you had to guess, how many points do you think you earned, out of 100? (Or, what GRADE do you think you earned?) • Write at least 3 full sentences to DESCRIBE your best test experience ever; your WORST test experience ever; and WHY you think they were so good/bad! 4. MAKE A LIST OF3 THINGSYOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH IN SCHOOL THIS YEAR.

No worries…if you have your notes and a pencil, keep reading: • I am available to meet with you on the following days/times: • TODAY, After School (2:30pm) • TOMORROW (WED) Before School (7:30am) & After School (2:30pm) • FRIDAY (Before & After School!) • IN ORDER TO RE-TAKE THE TEST: • You must SIGN UP for one of these days/times! • You must BRING YOUR NOTES with you to re-take! • You must BRING A PEN/PENCIL to re-take the test!
