  1. Now, Discover your strengths Book by: Marcus Buckingham & Donald O. Clifton Presented by: Jullian Mitsuo Miyamoto

  2. Who agrees? Each Person can learn to be competent in almost anything. Each Person’s greatest room for growth is in his or her areas of greatest weakness.

  3. What do you think? Each person’s talents are enduring and unique. Each person’s room for growth is in the areas of his or her greatest strength.

  4. What’s strength? Consistent near perfect performance in an activity. Example: In a business context Bill Gates’s genius at taking innovations and transforming them into user-friendly applications is a strength, although his ability to maintain and build an enterprise in the face of legal and commercial assault (as compared to his partner’s, Steve Ballmer) is not.

  5. Skills Talent Talent is any recurring pattern of thought, feeling or behavior that can be productively applied. • If you learn a skill, it will help you get a little better, but it will not cover for a lack of talent Skills will actually prove most valuable when they are combined with genuine talent.

  6. If you improve your weakness you become good, if you improve your strengths you become greatest. Thank you
