  3. SIG Chair Elections • Nominees for the position of Chair • Andy Linton

  4. Chair and Co-Chairs • Thanks to previous Chair • Gaurab Raj Upadhaya (resigned on joining EC) • Thanks to Co-Chair • Terence Zhang (term ends this meeting)

  5. Chair Responsibilities • Chairing the SIG session • Developing the agenda • Posting proposals and information about the SIG to the mailing list • Encouraging and facilitating discussion on the mailing list and at the APNIC conference

  6. SIG Chair Elections • Candidates have 2 minutes to speak • Decided by a count of show of hands • Election by those in room and at remote hub • Count taken by APNIC Secretariat staff • The candidate with the larger number of show of hands is elected

  7. Co-Chair Responsibilities • Assisting with chairing the SIG session • Working with the Chair and other Co-chair to develop the agenda • Posting proposals and information about the SIG to the SIG mailing list • Working with the Chair and other Co-Chair to encourage and facilitate discussion on the mailing list and at the APNIC conference

  8. SIG Co-Chair Election • Nominees for the position of Co-Chair • Terence Zhang • Skeeve Stevens • Masato Yamanishi • Staggered terms required
