NUTRITION PAJE A Good start to be fit and healthy is to eat the right food like broccoli and carrots and fruit and vegies. And if you want to be fit you should go to the gym and go for walks. The stuff you should eat for you to learn are apples, broccoli and carrots. The food you shouldn't eat are like chocolate and candy.
WATER PAGE We can get water from many different places around the school. My water bottle is in my bag in the classroom. The Americans drink 36,000 million gallons of fresh water each day. The total amount of water is about 326 cubic miles of water per day. Roughly the adults body is made up of 70 percent of water. A healthy person can drink 3 gallons [48 cups] of water per day. By the time that someone is thirsty they have just lost 1 percent of water.
Air Page We breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. So the trees breathe in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen. So we help the trees live and they help us breathe.
Sunlight Play Page I like playing these games outside. Soccer, swimming, trampoline, t-ball, and running.
